Terms.

These Participation Terms apply to participation in SRCS championships, GT races, Rookie activities and special events unless different or additional terms are clearly stated for a specific competition or event.

The relevant event page, registration information, sporting regulations and race briefing form part of the participation conditions for that event.

Where event-specific information conflicts with these general terms, the specific event information will apply to that event to the extent of that conflict.

Unless a specific event states otherwise, SRCS participants must be at least 16 years old and must comply with applicable SRCS and Racesquare policies.

Participants must provide accurate registration and contact information and must meet any additional eligibility requirements stated for the relevant championship or event.

Submitting a registration does not automatically guarantee a race place.

SRCS may review registrations for eligibility, capacity, competition requirements, team composition or other legitimate organisational reasons before confirming participation.

A place is considered confirmed when SRCS communicates confirmation through the relevant registration or communication process.

The applicable entry fee will be shown on the relevant event, championship or registration page.

Participants are responsible for paying any confirmed entry fee by the stated deadline and using the payment process communicated by SRCS.

Event-specific discounts, team pricing, deposits or payment deadlines may apply where clearly stated.

Cancellation and refund conditions may differ between championships and events because venue capacity, simulator bookings and race-day commitments vary.

Any specific cancellation deadline or refund rule communicated on the relevant event or registration page forms part of the agreement for that entry.

Participants should notify SRCS as soon as possible if they cannot attend.

Where participation concerns a leisure event reserved for a specific date or time, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right may not apply. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that applies by law.

Championship reserves, substitutes, driver replacements and team changes are subject to the rules of the relevant competition.

Event entries may not be transferred to another person or team without SRCS approval where approval is required to preserve sporting fairness or accurate event administration.

Participants are expected to race fairly and behave respectfully toward fellow competitors, SRCS representatives, Racesquare staff and venue guests.

Participants must:

• Follow applicable sporting and race-control instructions
• Respect Racesquare facilities and simulator equipment
• Avoid abusive, threatening or unsportsmanlike behaviour
• Avoid participating while impaired in a way that could compromise safe or responsible participation
• Follow reasonable instructions required to operate Race Day

Sporting procedures, incident handling, penalties and results are governed by the regulations and race-control arrangements applicable to the relevant competition or event.

Participants agree to follow those procedures and any reasonable decisions made by the authorised race-control or sporting officials.

Sim racing involves technical equipment and software, and technical problems can occasionally occur.

Racesquare staff are responsible for venue simulator infrastructure and will determine the appropriate operational response to venue hardware or simulator failures.

This may include moving a driver to another simulator, restarting or adjusting a session, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.

A technical issue does not automatically create a right to a particular sporting result or remedy unless the applicable event rules provide one.

SRCS may reasonably change operational details such as schedules, session formats, grid arrangements or event procedures when required for safety, technical, venue, sporting or organisational reasons.

Material changes will be communicated to participants as soon as reasonably possible.

If SRCS cancels an event entirely, participants will be informed of the applicable refund, credit or replacement arrangement. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

SRCS events may be photographed, filmed or otherwise documented for results, event coverage, community communications and promotional content.

SRCS will handle identifiable personal information and imagery in accordance with applicable privacy law and the SRCS Privacy Statement.

Participants with a specific concern about photography or filming should contact SRCS before the event so that the circumstances can be considered.

By participating in an organised competition, drivers acknowledge that their name, team, race number, results, standings and sporting achievements may form part of public SRCS race and championship records.

Participants are responsible for following venue instructions, assessing whether they are fit to participate and taking reasonable care of their own personal belongings.

Participants must inform venue staff of a relevant issue where reasonable assistance or adjustment may be required.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, SRCS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by circumstances outside SRCS control, or loss resulting from a participant's failure to follow reasonable instructions or applicable rules.

Venue, simulator and infrastructure matters may also be subject to applicable Racesquare terms and policies.

SRCS may refuse or end participation where reasonably necessary for safety, serious misconduct, abuse, deliberate damage, material breach of sporting rules or a significant breach of these terms.

Any financial consequences will depend on the circumstances, applicable event conditions and mandatory consumer law.

SRCS may update these Participation Terms for future registrations or events.

Where changes materially affect an already confirmed entry, SRCS will communicate the relevant change and will not remove rights that participants have under applicable law.

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a participant.
